Getting parasitic caps in milli F after parasitic extraction

Parasitic Extraction

I am using Cadence 5.1 with Assura 3.14 to perform parasitic extraction of a circuit

Amazingly, I get parasitic caps in the order of milli Farads!! ( 200, 300,80..etc?!!)

What could possibly be the problem?
