I have attached the file of RDR-291 150 Watt LED driver by Power Integration i have made a board and tested it for 2 times i got to know some points. Now i am giving here to get clarify my doubts.

1. When i connected a LED load ( 30V forward voltage ) to one channel with 2nd channel got opened the 1st channel giving more current of 2.4 A to 2.5 A

2. when i connected the load to both channels with 2 loads then each channel taking 1.4 to 1.5A .

so my doubt is

1.the two channels having their own feedback and their own controlling IC but why it is taking more than rated current.(2.1A is rated).

2.when i connected to both the channels it is taking 1.4A why it is happening like this even 2 channels having its own transformer and own LNK-420 IC to control the output.

3.Is there any primary side component limiting the current to certain level?

as per my knowledge there is no problem with design can anyone clarify these doubts?
