How can i change the frequency of arfuino i wanna generate and compare triangle and sine wave with different frequency

What frequencies do you wish to generate? If they are low enough then you could use PWM to generate them.
Also, what do you mean by compare them? Compare what - frequency ? amplitude ?
Specify as much detail as possible

I wanna generate sine wave and triangle wave with different frequencies and compare the magnitude of both signals
It's not important to see the signals themselves I wanna see the comparisons signals
And wanna control the frequency of both
