Gateway NV55S02u Laptop Motherboard Problem

Hello all...

My clients gateway laptop has a cracked LED screen. I replaced the screen but their is a problem. External video works fine, internal doesn't and I have tried all options. From, another screen, the ribbon cable, fn+f5 & f4, basically what i'm trying to say is that the board has a problem sending a signal to the screen. Is their anyone who can help me with this matter?

hello, I have had some similar issue, all it needed was reballing the vga chip. maybe you need the same.
if it is reballing all you need, then you need an a stencil. wich you can find at ebay for $1 or $2
