Can anyone explain me how about designing of gate driver?Any links should also be fine?
 

The attachment goes through a lot of the gate driver circuit. You will have to be a little more specific about the type of gate driver you are looking for?
 
Good paper, this is i most wanted. Thanks a lot.
 

To design a good driver. I think it's very important to understand the parasitic of a MOSFET. Regarding sync. buck, dv/di issue need to be addressed.
