Full understand the role of n+, p-sub, n-, nwell, pwell

It;s difficult for me to realize the role of n+,n-,p+,p-, n-driff, pwell, diffusion..in MOS structure. I always confuse and get a big puzzle.

which document could I learn? or give me some short description about them.

You have to learn physics of semiconductor and layout techniques.
Try to find some usefull books in the forum 66.

n+ means a high N-type doping region; n- has lower doping concentration; n-diff is same as n+, it means n-type diffusion; pwell is p-type well.

Briefly
n -semoconductor has primary carrier -electrons
p - semoconductor has primary carrier -holes
"+" or "-" means that in this area much more primary carriers(or less if "-" ) then in area without "+" or "-" so we can changes resistivity of materials.
Diffusion - is process for creating p,p+,n,n+ etc areas. Good analogy - spreading aerosol in the room

Pwell- diffusion of p -semi in n-substrape (most common)
Nwell -diffusion of p -doping in n-substrape

i guess, bicave asked the role of these things, not the mean of these things.
I guess think like that: to make a contact you should make a p+ region (or n+, depends) in other case it would act like a Schottky junction (for example you don't conact the substrate directly)

Good idea read Art of analog layout.

Why i should use p+ to connect to contact ? why I cant use p-??
