fujitsu mbf200

Hi all
I've got this MBF200 fingerprint sensor from FUJITSU connected to 8051 MCU trough the 8-bit bus interface. My problem is that when i init the MBF200 the automatic finger detect circuit gives interrupt when there is not finger present on the sensor.

i also find this,
when power up ,the pin /INTR always 0

I AM now do some work about MF200+89C51

Yes! I have also found this!
If I let AFDEN=1,when I write ICR with 0X09, INTR will be low-signal for ever. Though I write ISR with 0x01, INTR will not be high-signal. Do you have any progress? Keep contacting, please.
