Fujitsu 2 inch thermal printer - paper running without print

can anybody help me in using fujitsu 2 inch thermal printer
the stepper motor is controlled but the problem is with printing head
the paper is running without printing

i am try to use it with msp430f2252 controller
can anyone help me its urgent

can you give us more details..

is the header moving..

the code .. the voltage etc..

1, there may be some problems with FPC of thermal printer mechanism, destoryed or disconnect of FPC with PCB ?

2. Any problems on PCB ??

I have the same problem on FTP-628mcl103 printer. I'm trying to connect it serially with the PC, paper is ok, I have 5V on both logic and head/motor. what other possible causes ?

I am also using the same printer with msp430f5438 interface.. Your help means a lot to me..
