Hello Everyone;
What is the fT of a transistor?

FT of the transitor is the frequency at which the current gain of the transistor is unity

Hello;
If fT is specified for a transistor, what is the maximum frequency at which that is working?

the max freq u can use this transistor as a AMP , it can be FT/5 , or FT/10

but as oscillator , much higher the limit is Fmax , which is the unity power gain frequency

How to get with Hspice ?
I tried LX7()/LX20(), but LX20() is 0.0

How to simulate it with HSPICE ?
