How to take printout with component hole from Altium PCB design

Dear friends,
I am using Altium designer 10. I cannot able to take printout with hole from altium PCB file. Even though the holes are enabled @ the default print property, the printout not having the hole.
For some 4layer PCB'S the holes are present in mid-1 & mid-2 layers but there also no holes @ top & Bottom layers while taking printout....
Its a very big issue for me while doing single side PCB, so i need to refer my design for every hole. I am not taking print directly & i am using print-to-pdf converter. I hope its not a problem.....

Please help me if anybody can solve the problem....
