The following book "Finite Antenna Arrays and FSS", by Ben A. Munk is available at the following site:
https://gigapedia.org
You should register there first (free).
Then login and select the "Item Search" radio button and type the book to search....
The "Links" Tab on the next page wil give you links to the servers, from where u can download the book.
