Hello sir
As we know 555 astable multivibrator has a capacity to generate high frequency oscillation say 100 khz max.

so what about the case if the astable design is transistorized ?

ohh i see hm kk

would you please let me know about some equivalent for BF 194 ?

Due to some reason i am asking about it

What frequency do you want? It's easy to make a 100MHz oscillator with a BC547 transistor.
