simulink frequency divider

I want to simulate PLL in simulink
but I can not find the frequency divider,where is it?

Perhaps you may design a divider like the attachment.

High frequency divide is name prescaler.

That's a digital divider. Can I have an analog frequency divider, that will dilate the time axis?

sorry about the stupid question, but what is the name of the block that has a falling edge of the clock drawn on it?
