the counter is based on the AT90S8515 Microcontroller . it can display up to 10GHz in resolution of 100 Hz, (input range is 10MHz to 2.4GHz) or display up to 100 MHz in resolution of 1 Hz , & other modes.... http://elm-chan.org/works/uctr/report.html
