usb full-speed mcu

Hi All,

Anyone know if Freescale is coming out with a full speed USB 8 bit MCU? Thank you.

Regards

they've this type: MC68HC908JW32
It's just out of development and I really can't recommend it:
- horrible documentation incl. mistakes (big parts are just copied from other MCUs)
- currently no programming via USB as tools & documentation are missing
- bad support
- ....

positive feature:
- 32kB flash
- cheap

Hi All,

I have tried Microchip USB, it is good but the price is quite high, about 3USD. How much does Freescale cost? Thank you.
