Re: PSPICE models for Orcad simulator

Dear Erikl

Nice to hear from you again my best layout engineer friend :)

Can I make a paper based on OrCad???, I am not underestimating OrCad, but I its price is very cheep comparing with other tools like Mentor. The thing I want to make a paper with my work

Thank you in advance

From MOSIS you can get SPICE models (after signing an NDA). Search MOSIS for how to convert SPICE models to PSPICE.

Hello Senan-Junus,

sure, there are lot of papers based on OrCad/PSPICE. Just state which process' models you were using.

I forget to ask if I can do t he layout using OrCad ??

If you actually want to have produced such a design (even as prototype), you surely need to create its layout with a foundry approved PDK, and I doubt such one is available for the OrCAD system.

But may be somebody knows better!

Cheers, erikl

Guten Nacht Erikl

I am reading right now in MOSIS website, I found one thing interesting for me... first they provides true Models for OrCad , second... I can join the MEP programme and I get fabrication and design support for one academic year and its for free,

you see it here
