Fram Rate in LCD

In my project i want to drive a 60HZ LCD panel at the same time 50HZ recorder output .what is the procedure to convert 60 HZ signal in to 50 Hz. any IC available for that .what will happen if i operate 60Hz LCD with 50Hz.
