phase noise calculation

The mash1-1-1 Sigma Delta Modulator was used in fractional-N frequency synthesizer. How to calculate the phase noise contribution of the ΣΔ quantization noise? Does anyone has the matlab code?

According to the equation (18 ) in the follow paper I calculated the phase noise contribution of ΣΔ. But if the close loop transfer function is multiplied to calculate the phase noise at PLL output the phase noise result is too large. Any advice?
