Hi,

How to design a differential amplifier which converts 5V input to 3.3V output? the IC should be LM2904.

You need to give us a little more info here. Is the 5V signal a differential signal or single ended.
Is it DC or AC.
You may not get any useful answers if you don't provide enough info to start with.It's just guesswork at this stage :0)
