fractal antenna design help

I am working on the fractal antenna designing at opeerational frequency 2.4 Ghz ,with x axis-32 y axis-28 and z axis-1.6. Finally I got 2.6 Ghz in S11 parameters, but Gain is in 0.3 only. so please help me to getting more gain from my design.
