formulas for calculating the different types of feeds Rectangular Patch Antenna ?

Hello everyone,

I am currently working on designing a Patch Antenna using MATLAB and was successful for a Microstrip feed with the help of the formulas provided in Antenna Theory: Analysis and Design by C A Balanis. Now I got stuck with determining the feed point location and whether there any separate formulas involving feed point calculation. According to my understanding, the formulas would be same as the Length and Width would not vary for the same antenna when simulating with different feed. Kindly please help me and let me know whether my understanding is correct or not.
