Can anybody tell me about the formation of DRAM and SRAM Technology in the building of Semiconductor memory structure using MOS and MOSFET cell. Thx:D
 

search "6t_sram" in google, you can find the answer.
 

you can find it in almost any circuit and ic design books and lectures.
