for high power led driver

if i am using 12v 42Ah battery that is connected to the 8 watt high power led circuit then how much voltage and current it shoud take for 1 hour?
 

I don't know what you are asking exactly.
You battery can provide 12v/1A for 42 hours or 12v/2A for 21 hours etc.
Your led consumes 8W per hour but the consumption on the battery has to do with the efficiency of the led driver and the total consumption of the led+driver.

If the system were 100% efficient, which it won't be, the nominal run time would be 60 hours.
