I am currently working on fm transmission with LCD read-out to display the transmitter"s operating frequency. I have a know-how in micro-controller but since the controller cannot track a frequency that high, i am thinking on using serial in parrallel out shift register to divide the frequency for the controller to handle.
Please, out there, can you point to me a fast response shift register that can be used at a clock frequency of 108Mhz or do you have another idea for me to achieve this feat! Thanks as I anticipate your help.
