Can anyone please help me out in designing this FM radio with these features or help me out with the Block diagram and BOM

c) Numerical Key Input Operation for Song Selection.

E) Auto Radio Station Search Operation.
F) User Friendly Auto Search & Save Station Operation Available.
G) Numerical Display For Volume.
H) ¡°88.88¡± LED Module Display.
i) 4/6 Keys On Product£º
ii). Select Forward
iii). Select Backward
iv). Volume Up
v). Volume Down
k) Rotated Volume Control Key could be connected
