Hi, Can someone who are good in switching power supply noise countermeasure , gives me some advices, guidances and references such as books or useful articles on how to solve that kind of problem.

smps noise

Well, it is hard to answer this question because I really don't know where your noise is. Are you getting noise across the drain-source of your MOSFET? Do you have oscillations at the output? Stability issues? Load transients causing poor regulation?

One thing you probably need to do is the make sure that you use snubbers across the switching transistor to absorb the turn-off shock.

You might want to take a look at some articles like these

If you have EMI problems you might want to look here -- it has flyback related information **broken link removed**

There are a number of flyback designs here http://www.discovercircuits.com/F/flyfack.htm You may want to browse them to see if there is anything relevant for your case.
