flux density

an iron ring length of 5 cm having a coil of 200 turns and an air gap of 1mm. 1 A current is fllowing through it if the premeability of the iron is 300 find the flux density

what is electronic flux density

Hi,

Known -
L=5 cm, N=200 turns, µr=300, µo=4π×10(-7)H/m, d=1mm=1×10(-3)m
A=πD²/4=7.85×10(-7)m²

Unknown -
flux density--->B=?
current--->I=?

Formulae -
Φ=BA; Φ=NI/R ;R=L/µA (reluctance);(Φ-magnetic flux);

By substitution-

BA=NI/R

B=µNI/L

B=µoµrNI/L= 1.501×I Tesla

substitute the numerical value of I to get the answer.

Regards

hi dear,
thank you very much for your help.

but where did I think the current is given in this problem

an iron ring of mean length 5 cma has an air gap of 1mm and a winding of 200 turns. If the permeability of iron is 300 when 1A current flows through the coil find the flux density.

am I right

and secondaly its answer is 94.2 mWb/m^3

thank you vey much for your help I look forward for your reply

flux density b and flux of iron

hi dear,
