flicker noise triode saturation

We have modeled flicker noise by a gate voltage source in saturation region.
How about the flicker noise in triode region?
What's difference of it between in saturation and in triode region?

At Vds=0V there is no flicker noise. This is what your model shows, so this is correct.
When Vds>0 in triode region, flicker noise appears and goes higher with Vds. I think you get close to correct results in your model in that case too. At least the error wan't be too large.

Thanks for your reply, where I can get more detail? I didn't see any textbook
talking about this.

The simplest way is to look on 1/f noise equations in BSIM3.3 model documentation. It should be somewhere on Berkeley Univ. site.
