Flash Memory access in microblaze

Hi,

I want to access (i.e. Read / Write) data in Flash RAM located on Xilinx ML403 Board.

I require the soft code (or functions) to get or store data in flash memory.

Kindly help me in this regard.

I think you can use the flash memory interface controller which is provided in the Xilinx software.

Did you try adding Flash_EMC peripheral?

Yes, I have added Flash_EMC peripheral.

I just want to know about the functions to read or write in Flash (any example of reading or writing in Flash will be helpful).

Is method of accessing flash the same as sdram?
