Hi,

I am designing a flash adcwith cadence software using gpdk090. To perform handcalculations i want the value of threshold voltage, k, beta etc of the mos devices (from spice models). Can anyone provide me the datasheet of the gpdk spice models.

if u r using cadence just go into the directory where you have saved the libraries go into folder named model/spectre and look into the scs files you will get the specs except lambda...
let me kno if you find lambda
