Hi people,

Can I know what is the first IC or chip or processor that use two's complement number system?

Well, 2's complement is quite old concept and wouldn't be IC or chip. Not sure which one is the oldest, but EDSAC seemed to have 2's complement implementation.

Thanks alot. Seems like it is the first one which uses two's complement number system.
