first time burning code in microcontroller

SIR I buy a new chip of atmega8 from market ,i don't have its hardware programmer , so what is the cheapest way to burn program in flash memory of micro-controller
 

google atmega8 serial programmer and check the image section, there are tonnes of design idea. other than that, if you have arduino, i believe you can program through it. or get a cheap programmer like usbasp from ebay or any other places.
