hi guys...

i'm a totally windows user; but now i need to learn on unix/linux...
can anyone suggest me on a good way to start?

I think the best way is to install linux and learn by doing,

I saw a book beginning redhat linux by wrox press and Its very good for the beginner, also try beginning linux programming if you want to program in linux
