finding patent of a product

I am going through some of the product line of analog devices. I just wanted to know under which patent the product is governed. Is it possible to know that?

It depends. If a product is directly protected by a patent, US law requires to mention the patent file in datasheet. See e.g. https://www.analog.com/media/en/technical-documentation/data-sheets/ADuM5200_5201_5202.pdf

That's probably not the case if it's a more general technology patent related to many products.
You can search patent databases like Espacenet for respective patents from applicant Analog Devices Inc.
