This conference ICSI'2014 is the fifth in a series of conferences (the first event ICSI'2010-Beijing,the second event ICSI'2011-Chongqing,
the third event ICSI'2012-Shenzhen, and the fourth event ICSI'2013-Harbin) that serves as a forum for an international community of researchers,
practitioners and vendors on all aspects of Swarm Intelligence and its application.
For all papers accepted by ICSI 2014, some high-quality papers will be selected for special issues of three SCI-indexed Journals, and remaining papers
will be published by Springer Verlag in Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) (Indexed by ISI,EI Compendex, ISTP, DBLP, etc.)
