FET3588-C SoM has high expandability, with 10 x UART, 9 x I2C, 5 x SPI 3 x USB3.1 Gen 1, 2 x USB 2.0 Host, 4 x PCIe 3.0, 3 x PCIe 2.0, 3 x SATA3.1, 2 x Ethernet 1Gbps, etc. SoM and carrier board are connected by ultra-thin board-to-board connectors (4x100pin, pin spacing 0.4mm, combined height 1.5mm), working environment of 0℃ to 80℃.
