Any specification for the dimension of feedlines for microstrip based filter design. Which is better: Tapped feedline vs coupled feedline?
 

It's up to the case by case.
If you want to block DC, it's better to use coupled line for saving the block DC RF capacitor.
There are so many filter topology in microstrip, you can design your filter freely.
