Hello,
I am designing a DCM flyback.
I wish to do a proper feedback loop calculation so looked at page 234 of the book by Basso…….

Equation 2A-26 is the only equation I can find that gives the power stage transfer function for a DCM flyback.
However, the term “M” is given as a relation involving Tau on pg 234….wheras on page 225, “M” is said to be “Vout/Vin”.
So what should “M” really be?
If the equation involving Tau is used to calculate “M”, then wz2 and wp2 come out negative…surely this can’t be correct?
Also, do you think equation 2A-26 looks right?
