Failure to get license

We have a multi-user license for CADENCE .The license daemons :lmgrd is running well in the server and the server is showing UP and verplex is UP.When i am trying to open the icfb and then Virtuso Schematic Editor and clicking the 'check and save' option it shows an error in the log file "ERROR: FAILURE TO GET LICENSE".

can you help me guessing the problem any kind of relevent help is welcome.
 

You'd better check the licnese log file.

The license file path is an option of the lmgr daemon "-l log_file". If you dont use it, the log messages will be printed on stdout.

To test the access to the license, use: lm5tat -a -c port@server_lic
