F1 help

The f1 button used for help opens the related file in a browser. it was okay for me as well till tomorrow

Now when I press f1 it opens my default folder for design i.e. computer -> Local disk(c)-> user -> default.

And the web based help does not open. I want the web based help. Any solution?
