Extracting S parameters for intermediate nodes

Hi everyone,
I am working on characterizing various amplifier architectures and would like to estimate the Sparameter of the intermediate nodes.
Like the screenshot below is of a cascode device and I would like to extract the SP of the cascode node in terms of an .snp file.
How does one go about this?
