Extract footprints from PADS layout

Hi all!
Someone know if is possible extract footprints from finished PADS layout pcb file?
The question is: I have one layout project done in PADS but I not have libs and anything more files...I need redesign the project; then I need know if possible take the footprints of old finished layout design.

Select component RMB Save to Library.

right click select components - right click select all - again right click save to library-- the dialogue box 'll show all the decals & parts which are present in the current design u can select all those and save it into particular library...
