hello everyone.

i want to purchase new External USB TV Tuner for lenovo laptop..
but i don't know which one is good,,,so please give some suggestions..

please.
 

i think pinnacle is one of the best producers in tv tuner cards but i have only used internal one.

they have good features like time shifting recording and encoding to some better format.
