I am writting Data Acquisition Sofware data rate is 128KBits/sec

now i want use external Fifo to reduce the speed of Data which

EXTERNAL Fifo chip is simple and easy to use in my project.

You may use a simple microcontroller with the USB. This is easier and cost effective. Collect the data in the controller and send it. Small memory is required.
