With reference with datasheet and information on internet I designed this circuit.But some times the data not storing in the EEPROM.Is their any wrong with this circuit..?
I saw in tutorials.While providing power supply to the IC their should be an current limit resistor.Is this method is wrong..?
Bypass capacitor..?At which pin have to place bypass capacitor.
In Vcc pin or somewhere else..?
By "bypass capacitor" it is referred the decoupling capacitor ( usually ceramic, 100KpF ), placed between VCC and GND, close to IC terminals, in order to suppress high frequency noises from power rail. By the way, adding a resistor in series with the power supply pin is something never seen when dealing with logic devices, so you should have misleading with another circuit in other context.

Yes, as it should always be; at least Vcc connection is correct, but decoupling is usually done with ceramic capacitor, something like 100nF, much better,
