extending AVR's memory!

Hey guys!
I'm working with atmega128 which has 128k internal flash memory.This amount of memory is not enough for my code.How can I extend my memory to store the rest of my code in it.I mean does anybody have any sugestion?
 

What about the mega2560 or 2561? This is as close as it gets. If you need a longer term solution I would highly recommend to look at other options such as the Cortex-M3 based devices. They are similar, often lower cost, offer much more performance, are available from many vendors ....
