Cadence to/from some other platform is and has always been
a struggle with no good result.

For a simple schematic it's less effort to just recapture by hand.

I've yet to see, or hear of a 100% successful Cadence-EDIF-whatever
design transfer. And I think that's on purpose.

If you with sharing mean for simulation with some other tools, etc., you could check out the cdlout or spice netlisting.

For eye-inspection - you can do a hierarhical plot/print to file (PDF)

If you mean the schematics per se, from cadence-to-cadence, you can create a new library and do a hierarchical copy of your cell into the new library. Than send that library to your colleague. tarred and zipped, preferably.
