when conductors are running parallel and separated by a distance which is in multiples of wavelength(impact is more compared to non multiple distance) then signal propagating in one will be coupled to other and the coupling is electromagnetic in nature.
This is quite common in High freq. signal tracks(both in PCB's and IC's ) The level of coupling can be reduced by placing ground conductors/track in between the two signal conductors/track.
You can measure the level of coupling by pumping a test signal in one conductor/track and measure the signal power available in others.
