is there any examples of spi by verilog
i was asked to design a small spi design

but i want some examples
 

I am sure if you do a simple search on internet you will find a lot of examples.
 

As sinko said, tryp open cores.
There are some SPI cores, SPI controllers for A/D and D/A, and SPI gpio designed in verilog.

the spi bus is only compose by a chip select, clock, data in and data out, that'all.

you only need a bank to provide value on data out, and in same time a bank to save data in, that all...
quite easy
