Signals can be in nature or we artificially produce it. In nature no signals are going to be in even or odd. so other option we have is to produce. So my next question is why we want to produce such signal(even and odd signal) ?

content form my signal book by oppenheim
any signal can be broken into sum of even and odd signals

why we need to do even-odd decomposition for the signal.what is the use in that ?

Thank you in advance

Counterquestion: Why do you pick-up a single sentence from the chapter about symmetry properties of fourier transformations instead trying to understand the meaning of the chapter?

Decomposition is a mathematical method, it's purpose doesn't depend on the existence of the pure even/odd functions in natural signals, although you surely find some examples.

You don't need to apply decomposition, if you don't want to perform signal analysis, if you don't study engineering, etc.
